3. Pricing & Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 14 business days, with most orders processed sooner, depending on the product type and preparation requirements.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary by location.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty or not-as-described items are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
All orders are packed with care. Damage occurring during transit must be reported promptly so we can assist with carrier claims where possible.
6. Personalised & Custom Orders
Custom and personalised products are created based on the details you provide.
Please check all spelling, dates and selections carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for customer-supplied errors.
Custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

10. Now Yours eGift Card Terms
Now Yours eGift Cards are issued digitally and delivered by email with a unique redemption code. By purchasing or using an eGift Card, you agree to the following terms.
Delivery
eGift Cards are delivered electronically to the recipient's email address provided at purchase. Please ensure email details are correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email entry.
Validity Period
eGift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer requirements.
Redemption
eGift Cards are redeemable only at nowyours.com.au and may be used toward any eligible products sold on the site. The gift card code must be entered at checkout.
Gift cards cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
Partial Use & Remaining Balance
Gift cards may be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully used. Any remaining balance stays attached to the original code.
Non-Refundable
eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds once issued.
Not Cash Equivalent
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Lost or Shared Codes
Gift card codes should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, stolen, or shared codes and they cannot be replaced.
Order Verification
For security purposes, higher-value gift card purchases may be subject to payment verification. We reserve the right to delay or cancel suspicious or high-risk orders.
Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to void gift cards obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty redeeming a gift card, please contact us, and we will assist as soon as possible.
