We do not accept returns, refunds, or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.

📝 Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised items are made using the details you provide. Please double-check spelling, dates, colours, and selections before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for customer-provided errors once production has begun.
📦 Orders Damaged in Transit
All orders are packed carefully by hand to help ensure safe delivery.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or an item is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

We will review the situation and assist where possible.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Normal handmade variation, colour differences between screens, and expected design variation are not considered faults.
Please contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue.
🚚 Return Requests (If Approved for Fault Issues)
If a return is approved due to a confirmed fault, damage, or our error:
